What is your turnaround time?
Our typical turnaround time is 7-10 business days plus shipping. Our turnaround time is an estimate and starts when we have all of the information to complete your order. Complex designs or orders with extra add-ons may increase turnaround time. If you must have your order by a certain date, please let us know when you place the order. A rush fee may apply if your due date is shorter than our typical turnaround time. If the order is not approved within 24 hours, it may delay the order.
I'd like some information on placing and tracking my order.

Do you work on very unique projects?
Yes. Sometimes our customers ask us for help in doing something a little out of the ordinary. Each project is unique in its own way. Give us more information about your needs, and we’ll see what we can do for you!

I don’t have a design in place. Can you make up a design for me?
What are the standard screen sizes?
Anything up to a 12" x 12" is considered standard size, but we can print a maximum "oversized" print up to 14" x 14". Of course, the image size depends largely on the product being printed. We will always size the art to make sure that it fits on the smallest item.
What kinds of files do you accept for screenprinting?
All files must be vector files. We accept AI, PDF, EPS, and CDR files. If you do not have a vector file, please contact us for options on preparing your file for production.
Do you have a minimum?
We can process orders as small as 36 shirts. Please contact us if you would like an order of 35 shirts or less. We recommend printing a higher number of shirts for the best pricing.
Can I have different shirt and ink colors?
Yes. You may have different shirt colors if the ink is the same on every shirt. If we need to change ink colors, additional fees may apply.
Can you match Pantone colors?
Yes. Please note that we have a list of standard ink colors and their approximate Pantone equivalents. These colors are very close to the listed Pantone color. But for a match, please note the Pantone color number on your order. Additional fees for mixing custom ink may apply.
What kind of artwork do you need for embroidery?
We can accept embroidery files such as DST and EMB files. Of course, we can also convert your JPEG, GIF, PNG, TIFF, PDF, AI, EPS and CDR files into an embroidery file format. Please be sure to supply us with the highest quality image as possible to ensure maximum accuracy. Sending an embroidery file will decrease your setup fees.
What is the largest sewing area for a design?
If your design is taller than it is wide, we can make it 10.5" wide x 16" tall. If your design is wider than it is tall, we can make it 15.5" wide x 10.5" tall.
What is the smallest letter you can make?

Can you embroider this logo on this location?
We've embroidered all kinds of locations and materials. No matter how crazy it might sound, contact us with your ideas and we'll see what we can do!
Can you match Pantone colors to thread?
Depending on the color, we can match it accurately with embroidery threads, but not all Pantone colors are represented among the thread colors. This is due to the limited number of thread colors available from manufacturers. We have a system for color matching and we can match your color very closely, but a perfect match is not possible among all Pantone colors. If you would like to see about matching a Pantone color, please contact us.
Do you do 3D embroidery?
Yes. We can certainly embroider a 3D or "puff" design. In order to do this, the file must be specifically digitized for 3D embroidery. If you have an embroidery file and are not sure whether or not it will work, you can send it to us for a free consultation.
I want to have different thread colors on different shirts. Can you do that?
Absolutely. There is no charge for color changes on your embroidery order.
